Compound Habits does not collect or transmit any personal data to external servers, except as described below.
The app reads health data (steps, workouts, sleep, elevation, distance) from Apple HealthKit solely to display your personal statistics within the app. This data is never shared with third parties and never leaves your device, except for AI analysis (see section 4).
All habit data, goals, journal entries, and financial information are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is never uploaded to any server.
When you use the AI Coach or AI Journal Analysis features, selected data (journal entries, mood scores, habit completions, training stats) is sent to Anthropic’s API for analysis. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the processing of your request. See Anthropic’s privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Compound Habits contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking.
